MiniScheduler is a web app (not a mobile-only product). One store per account on self-serve; multi-location enterprise WFM is out of scope. Not a Homebase/Deputy replacement for payroll, time clocks, or HR suites — it kills the schedule fight.

- One-click MiniAI schedule generation (coverage optimizer: open, floor, close under a weekly labor hour budget)
- MiniAI explain: plain-language summary of the week before publish
- Store hours, role staffing minimums, weekly hour cap, week-start day
- Unpaid lunch math (e.g. 8 paid hours becomes 8.5 clock hours when a meal break applies)
- Manager workspace: schedule grid and timeline, generate, publish, labor vs budget
- Employee portal: availability, time-off requests, published schedule, notification prefs
- Paste messy employee lists (CSV, Slack, notes); MiniAI extracts names, roles, phones, emails
- Shift marketplace: drop and claim shifts in-app; optional manager approval (push alerts to coworkers when a shift is offered are still on the roadmap)
- Publish notifications: email and optional SMS (employee opt-in)
- Pre-shift reminders: email, SMS (opt-in), and MiniAI voice calls
- Print-ready weekly schedule
- CSV export of the week (name, email, date, day, start, end, role, paid hours, clock hours) — generic spreadsheet, not ADP payroll import format yet
- Pricing: one plan, $15 per store per month after a 14-day free trial

- Named availability templates (weekly availability editing is live; saved “school year / summer” templates are not)
