  • Only after they save a mobile number and check the consent box on My schedule(contact & text messages)
  • Consent is optional and not required to use schedule viewing or other features

  • Schedule published notices
  • Pre-shift reminders
  • Shift time / change updates for their store

Message frequency varies (typically a few messages per week when schedules are published or shifts are approaching).

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel anytime. Reply HELP for help.

How employees opt in (exact UI)

On the employee My schedule page, under schedule text messages, the employee:

  1. Enters or confirms their mobile number
  2. Actively checks an unchecked consent checkbox (not pre-checked)
  3. Saves preferences

Preview — consent control (as shown in product)

Optional — not required to use MiniScheduler. Uncheck anytime to stop future schedule texts. You can also reply STOP.
